It has been years since I have been to a Longhorns steak house but my wife decided to try the one in peachtree city and we were very surprised, not in a good way I can assure you. It was a Saturday at 3 in the afternoon, not very busy yet we were told it would be ten minutes before we could be seated. I used the time to check out the menu. After being seated we placed out order for an appetizer and our drinks as well as our main course. Well the pinonion as they call it was what I thought to be fried onion like a blooming onion, well once again we were wrong presentation was nice but it was difficult to find any onions within the fried batter. Our meals came in a timely manner but if I want a simple chicken sandwich I could pay a lot less and go to chickfila. All in all if you want a steak then I guess go to long horns if you don't then don't go. Of course if you enjoy throwing away your money on a chicken sandwich then be my guest. I won't be back service fair food not up to par with other restaurants in the area.

I've never had a bad experience here with the food or the service at this location. I ALWAYS get a steak, usually a filet, sometimes a sirloin, and it's cooked perfectly every time and very tasty and tender. I've gotten a few different sides: green beans - good, fries - average for any chain restaurant but still good, sweet potato bites - good. I think the crab and lobster dip appetizer is very tasty. One time the kitchen accidentally made us an order of their potato chips and (I think) creamy BBQ dip.. It was very surprisingly good too! My biggest complaint is that the bread they bring at the beginning of the meal is sometimes a little too crunchy and the butter is cold and hard so it can be difficult to spread. But I don't come here for the bread :)

Note: the location on the Bing map is wrong. It is actually at the northwest corner of GA 54 & 74. My wife and I split the filet and salmon and, for us, that's great. I get an extra soup and we each get a side. She loves the salmon here and she is very particular about salmon. They're very accommodating here. We'll be back!

Pretty good but not one of the best in PTC. If you like a mid price steak restaurant, this is your place.

The good news? My Flo's fillet was excellent! The bad news? The reception was cold and distracted. The salad was served before the drink was served. The meal was served before bread was served. The waiter was cordial but MIA and when he brought the check and my credit card back he apologized that he had forgotten my table. In short, Management needs to get on the ball. Your staff does not know how to compliment a good steak.

If it's a reasonably priced steak you want, then this is an ok place. Meant to appeal to mom and the kids and let dad wear shorts in. A chain with all the shortcomings but decent food. Strictly a beer and wine place, with ice tea readily available. Not a place for an occasion. Prices a bit high for a chain. Decor is log cabin Western. Entree salads are good but they're prepared by formula. Strawberry and steak salad was just that: A strawberry! Those high school kids have to make a buck somewhere!

I joined my large family (13 of us) for my grandparents 75th wedding anniversary lunch. It wasn't prime time which was nice for us because for the most part we were center focus (we arrived at 2:00 PM.) The place was clean (bathrooms, too.) I ordered my kind of starter from the bar; a Montana Mule. Yikes! $10.00 for a tiny cocktail. Was very nice flavors of ginger and bourbon - wew a new favorite. The fiery popcorn shrimp starter was phenomenal. I will go back just to have them again. My Flo's filet was perfectly cooked to order and the sweet potato was divine. Service was actually very good, but they had only us to serve primarily. If I lived in the area I'd go back. :)

Consistently this store is understaffed. Arriving at 5:30, the wait is now 25-30 minutes with half the parking lot empty. We have been here several times, wait to be seated and find numerous empty tables. What wait staff they do have are generally good. Don't order appetizer and main course at the same time or you will find it and your salad on the table all at once, which is a management issue. Food is good, plentiful and price right.

I like Longhorn but this one smells sour. The food isn't prepared as fresh and service is sub par.

The Salmon was DELICIOUS but they seem to be understaffed with busboy or just a Lazy Busboy OR Server....I had to move large stacks of dishes to anot h er empty table just to make room for our dessert....some of these dishes had been there since our appetizer.

Sat at the bar ordered a glass of wine a Rib-eye and the Beefsteak Salad with Blue Cheese (1st mistake) , salad came tossed in the ranch with BC on the side, sent it back (2nd mistake) Steak showed up before the salad came back with a cold potato ...still no salad ...oh well at least the wine was good. Total bill was reduced by a whole $5.00. Still no salad. At least the bartender was sweet. Not much she can do about the poor leadership.

too many vehicles are being broken into at the parking lot of the ptc longhorn. management and corporate is aware and it is an ongoing problem but they refuse to place security cameras. two family members now have had their vehicles windows broken and contents stolen during daylight. mine was around 7:30 on a thursday. other was on a friday at 6 pm. we frequented longhorn but no longer. was told corporate doesn't want to put cameras in because it would admit to liability. maybe ignoring is negligence? so disappointed in your community safety protocols. shame on you.

Porterhouse stake, chocolate stampede and drinks only ran us $40. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help and answer questions. The atmosphere is very relaxing.

We chose to come here after a recent disappointment at a highly yelp rated steak restaurant in Virginia Highlands. (My review is available here) Friendly service, excellent appetizer, and a moist and flavorful prime rib. The bread could use an upgrade since the rest of the food is above a chain steakhouse level. Totally enjoyable evening, at 2/3 the cost of the Highland Tap, and didn't waste gas or parking money.

Is Longhorn's really ever a 4-5 star kind of meal? I think it's as good or better, consistently, than any other steak place at this level. I like the salads better at other similar steak places; but I always enjoy the steaks and overall food here the best. Is Longhorn's a 3 start steak houser? Sure. It's not high-end; but it's really good steak for what it is. I have eaten at this locations many times while I'm in town. I have never had a bad meal and the service is usually pretty good. Flo's Filet or the Outlaw are my two go-tos. Both are always pretty good.

Went today for lunch as I was craving a cheeseburger. It was delicious and my server Meredith was exceptional. Imagine my shock when on the check they told me how much to tip. I tipped more than 20%, however I will not be returning. I refuse to be 'dumb-downed "by any restaurant. If I am capable of coming and paying for a meal. I am pretty sure I can figure out how much to tip. So INSULTING!!

Just ok. Seems as if all Longhorns have gone down a notch in the last few years, but this location is consistently slow and the food is just ok with smaller portions and higher prices. Find myself finding excuses not to go now where it used to be the opposite. Too bad.
